GoSwift
UI redesign for a border queue management platform

About

GoSwift provides a virtual border queue and booking system where drivers reserve a time slot instead of waiting in a physical line at the border. Over time, the interface had been assembled by developers using mixed frameworks, custom markup, and ad-hoc styling, which led to inconsistent visuals and difficult maintenance. This project focused on rebuilding the key user and admin flows on top of a single UI framework, making the product cohesive and easier to extend.

Goal

The goal was to unify and refresh the UI of a border queue platform to make booking faster and clearer for drivers, while giving admins and operators a consistent set of screens for daily operations. A key requirement was to standardize the interface on a framework-based UI (PrimeNG), customize it to GoSwift branding, reduce unnecessary steps in the booking flow, and make the system easier for developers to extend without redesigning every new screen.
